{ Ethos }

Our story: In order to select optimum ingredients, it is essential to understand where, how, and when such ingredients are harvested. That’s why we have invested considerable time learning their ideal conditions.

Our luxurious products are grounded by the human connection they yield. Each and every indigenous community benefits from harvesting our raw ingredients.

Seasonality is part of this — we have spent time learning the growth cycle, and ideal environmental conditions of each natural ingredient. We use this specialized knowledge to meticulously decide when each raw ingredient is at its ripest — only then do we harvest.

We embrace a true hands-on, homegrown culture, whilst sourcing the best raw ingredients from around the world.

{ Elements }

In the 5th century, Empedocles, a Greek philosopher and student of nature, proclaimed all matter to be comprised of the four classical elements: Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. Fire and Wind are outwardly reaching elements, reaching up and out; whereas Earth and Water turn inward and downward. Empedocles used this as a way to explain the nature and complexity of all matter in terms of simpler substances. We took this ideology and applied it to our luxury cannabis products as we have allocated every product we produce into one of the four elemental categories: Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. We are firm believers of working in harmony with nature, harvesting each raw ingredient at the moment Mother Nature declares it has reached its ripest, fullest, and tastiest. Nature works in harmony, and harmony centers on balance.

Each mural is a fertile visual of utopic communities inspired by the elements providing balance to all life, and man working consciously as well symbiotically with Mother Nature. Within each of our murals are hidden symbols of nature’s harmony to provoke and stimulate your imagination. Empedocles described these elements not only as physical manifestations or material substances, but also as spiritual essences. Our seductive elemental murals illuminate the ethos of Binske, a luxurious cannabis experience for the discerning spirit.

Terra (Earth)

Earth provides the solid environment from which all life springs forth and thrives. A foundation of abundance, she represents, fertility, strength and the perpetually transforming nature of all elements. The skull reminds us that new life rebirths from the golden gaping earth, wildlife and verdant vegetation grow from raw land. The doves of peace remind us to treat life with grace, and accept it for what it is: a natural cycle. The unicorn and stag straddle opposite sides of the world, representations of maintaining the balance between this life and the next; the magical and the grounding of reality. The element of earth binds fire, water and wind in various proportions, which makes possible the formation of materials with different properties.

Ventus (Wind)

Wind, the elusive elemental force that can be harnessed but never caught, tempestuous and still. Wind is a detaching element that allows the existence of both Fire and Water. The butterfly symbolizes this transmutable force, ancient myth and lore honor the butterfly as a symbol of transformation due to its process of metamorphosis. For the classical mind, the keys speak of freedom, open doors, access to all areas much like the element itself. The cricket announces itself and raises the vibrational energy, seeking outward to find adventure and stimulation through the freedom of Wind.

Aqua (Water)

Humans are water-based creatures and this planet is over 70% oceans, seas, and rivers, allowing a heightened resonation and intimacy with the element. Water has magnetic properties, as it nurtures and sustains all matter. The octopus is widely recognized as a creature of skill, moving through a realm in constant motion, which to the unobserved eye would seem scattered and random but is actually a harmonious symphony of movement and understanding. Water-based creatures are ever-wafting fluid bodies of life that flow and shift in accordance with the pull of the moon, mysteries that thrive in dark and deep place. The sword and ships symbolize man mastering these oceans, with the guidance of the compass to navigate celestial skies.

Ignus (Fire)

Fire is the alchemical spark revered for its ability to create life, with electrical and creative properties it simultaneously consumes and gives back light. The sun has been a symbol of power, growth, health, passion in many cultures and religions throughout time. The cycle of life can be seen through a never-ending array of vibrant reds, oranges and yellows. Life teaches us to follow your heart’s desire and purpose, as celebration and fulfillment come from expression. The tiger symbolizes strength through the duality of patience and fearlessness. Greek ruins at the end of the proverbial rainbow suggest casting the burning fire of light upon ignorance throughout history, reminding us of humanity’s evolution and the first great enlightenment age.
